The Career Development Office at Penn State DuBois assists students with career exploration, skill development, and the job or graduate school search. Students are encouraged to utilize career development from their first semester on campus to their last and beyond. 

We offer individual counseling sessions for students to explore many career options. We use these resources to shape our conversations and create a plan. Available tools include:

The office also conducts individual or group workshops and events on topics such as: 

  • Resume writing

  • Cover letters

  • Interviewing skills

  • Portfolio preparation

  • Dining etiquette

In addition, as you get ready to graduate from Penn State, we can assist you in preparing a job search strategy, finding graduate school programs, and practicing interviewing skills via mock interviews.
